Right from the outset Von knew that the property was to be our new home. It was a perfect match and she knew it. We knew we would have few rocks to climb, but she took us seriously and took us at our word. The best part is Von never lost faith in us. She liaised beautifully between us and the sellers which made the whole process go very smoothly indeed. She was able to recommend tradies and other services which was very helpful to us during the process. Von goes above and beyond the call of duty especially when it comes to fine detail. We also dealt with Liz in the office who was also marvellous. She too helped us with admin and inspections. She was quick to respond and liaise with Von so our queries were always attended to immediately. Both Von and Liz are delightful people and I would highly recommend Von and her team at Pinnacle Properties whether you’re buying or selling! They say agents work for the seller, but in this case I can honestly say that Von worked for the “Greatest Good of all parties concerned”. We asked for a miracle and we were delivered that ten fold.
