Brisbane born and bred, Von has degrees in Arts and Education, discovering her enthusiasm for sales early in her career with a role as Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics, a position that she held for 30 years. Combining her life skills and enthusiasm for helping others, Von began her real estate career over a decade ago, with the vision of starting her own company. This aspiration became a reality in 2016 when Pinnacle Properties officially opened its’ doors with a team of just five.

Amongst her many notable accomplishments, Von has travelled internationally as a motivational speaker, is an ambassador for Red Nose Day, SIDS for Kids and was awarded Queenslander of the Year in 2010. Pinnacle Properties’ Marketing Manager, Lucero Fecioru, is our resident social media marketer and design extraordinaire. With eight years experience in communication, public relations, event planning, design and marketing, Lucero has a plethora of talents.

Having worked in both Mexico and Spain, Lucero brings with her a wealth of international knowledge and experience. In particular, she is an expert in creating, engaging and visually appealing designs. Regarded by her colleagues as hardworking, committed, self-motivated and positive, Lucero is a cherished asset who we are lucky to have on our team.

Pinnacle is pleased to welcome Sandra McQueen to the team. Sandra will be working within our rental portfolio as a Rental Management Accounts, and brings with her several years of real estate experience. Previously, Sandra has worked as a Personal Assistant  to a Dealer Principal, and also has experience working as a Buyer’s Agent.

She’s a self-proclaimed bad joke teller, but luckily there’s a flip side: this quality is actually quite funny to others! Her interests outside of work are varied: she’s a passionate motorbike rider and racer, as well as a bit of a foodie and an animal lover.
