As Pinnacle Properties’ Rental Manager, John is responsible for taking care of tenants, working for owners and looking out for their interests. Prior to joining the Pinnacle Properties team, John was a Senior Project Engineer for Origin Energy, where he worked for eighteen years. The skills he developed and refined there have been highly transferrable to his current role at Pinnacle Properties. Aside from John’s professional experience, he also brings his own personal experience as a property owner and investor. Through this lens, John understands the industry and position landlords are in; trusting someone with the management of their asset. John is highly aware that an investment property is a highly valued asset and in this he is highly empathetic and personable.
Pinnacle is pleased to welcome Sandra McQueen to the team. Sandra will be working within our rental portfolio as a Property Manager Assistant, and brings with her several years of real estate experience. Previously, Sandra has worked as a Personal Assistant to a Dealer Principal, and also has experience working as a Buyer’s Agent.
She’s a self-proclaimed bad joke teller, but luckily there’s a flip side: this quality is actually quite funny to others! Her interests outside of work are varied: she’s a passionate motorbike rider and racer, as well as a bit of a foodie and an animal lover. Beth is an outgoing and enthusiastic individual who made the moved up from Sydney to pursue a career in real estate and follow in her mother, Von’s, footsteps. Property Consultant Jane Kirk has only been working in real estate for a few years but she brings with her a wealth of personal experience and a varied background. She originally spent many years working in the public service sector in Canberra, in roles across the project management, communications, and publishing areas. In 2016 she made the switch to working in real estate in Brisbane.
She’s no stranger to the housing market, having renovated three properties herself. Jane is a creative soul; she’s a talented writer and is currently writing a book set in Longreach, and she loves to paint (both art and homes!). She also has an interest in interior design and enjoys putting this hobby to work in her own home.

Rental Manager, Kim Ives, is a hard-working and committed individual who we are lucky to have on our team. Prior to working at Pinnacle Properties, Kim managed a small, independent café. In this position, Kim was in charge of a myriad of tasks and responsibilities, however, her primary focus was always on fostering and building positive customer relationships. Kim has a strong background in hospitality and it is from these experiences that she brings with her highly developed and effective customer service skills. From paperwork to liaising with clients to managing the rentals properties, Kim approaches her work in a diligent, calm and highly professional manner.
Pinnacle Properties’ Marketing Manager, Lucero Fecioru, is our resident social media marketer and design extraordinaire. With eight years experience in communication, public relations, event planning, design and marketing, Lucero has a plethora of talents.
Having worked in both Mexico and Spain, Lucero brings with her a wealth of international knowledge and experience. In particular, she is an expert in creating, engaging and visually appealing designs.
