We were a slow burn client – approaching Von and her team six months before we were thinking of going to market. Von came through our home and provided some great feedback for areas of improvement and kept in contact with us monthly (either via phone, email or visiting) checking in to see how we were progressing. Six months later, it was go time. Von and her team staged our home Tuesday, photography Wednesday, Live on Thursday, open home Saturday (receiving multiple offers!!), Contract the following Tuesday… all in a week!
