My wife and I engaged Von after speaking with our accountant when exploring the idea of keeping our apartment as an investment property. After a lengthy discussion with the accountant we decided to give Von a call and work through the sale process. I called Von early afternoon and she dropped by that evening after looking at the property we were planning to buy (not through her). Von talked us through the whole process of buying the new one and selling our apartment and spent an hour or so with us even though she was also flying out very early the next morning. From that point we knew Von was going to look after us and was different to all of the other agents we had dealt with to date. Von communicated with us very regularly, professionally and her employees were excellent to deal with providing regular reports on how the sale was going. Von ended up getting us an excellent sale price considering market conditions and could not be happier. Von is a bubbly person who is very approachable and great to deal with! Can not recommend more highly! If you are looking for an agent that is different to the rest and will go to any length to satisfy her clients she is the one for you! We will definitely use Von again!
