We engaged Von Barnes from Pinnacle Properties to sell our property in The Gap. Having owned the property for 18 years and performed few improvements and maintenance tasks over that time. Von helped us identify and prioritise renovation activities and took full responsibility for project management of the build. She was excellent at identifying low-cost opportunities for improvements. When the renovation was completed she supplied all the staging furniture and then ran open homes continuously until the property was sold. Von is surrounded by a great team who pick up all the little things that can make the vendor’s life difficult. I have not previously worked with an agent that shows so much care for her clients and really tries to get the best outcome possible.
